Started out to be a great place. NON managerial staff are great.
Went here to look for a Halloween costume and have been back two more times! Great, clean, name brand clothes at very reasonable prices. I love the place!
very organized... just don't ask what color is on sale that day because no matter who you ask you will get an attitude! I just moved to NJ and I've gone in there several days to buy stuff if any customer ask they always get an attitude.. i learned the first day to just ask where it is i can check because even though theres a sign at the front of the store with NO info of the colors (even though its meant for that) its on another part... i rather go look than ask because of how nasty people can get... really is it hard to say the color? or idk post it in the correct place...
Some of these reviews can not be real. Re: they dont have a childs play area.
I only stopped at their 'express' drive-through drop off area, to drop off some bags of clothes to donate, so I can only speak for that part of this business. The drop off was quick and efficient, with an attendant who helped me offload the bags and provide a donation receipt for tax deduction purposes.
This location is clean and well organized. I love their prices, and they have a great selection. Every time we go there we find the staff to be friendly and pleasant . Brand new Nike's found today for $14.00. Score!!!
If you're looking to donate things and be able to claim a deduction on your taxes: I highly recommend this quick and painless method.
HEAD Manager is unfriendly and very spiteful..clicky ... using the place for their benefit. They will drastically lower a price on an expensive item if you are family or friend. But dont bother asking about why an item Is a certain price..they dont like it and you will be put on their shxx list. OVERPRICED..in retail stores same or lower price for many items (used). Everything is donated so why the high prices for used stuff. Tops $6.00..dvds $4.00...shoes $9.00 USED
They do not have a receptionist or burgers. And how can you rate a store If you have not gone in.
I wish the Corporate managers would review this place.
