Moved from NJ to Pa. A two day move. The 4 man team was unbelievably effective. Not an item was scratched or lost. They went out of their way to be helpful, placed everything in the new house wherever we requested. I cannot speak too highly of these people. And the cost was also reasonable.
The overall experience with Simonik was excellent; packing and loading took slightly longer than expected, but unloading went more quickly than expected, so overall move time was pretty much on the money. We had a bit more stuff than was initially apparent, but it all fit (tightly!) on one truck. Kudos to Rob and the rest of the office staff for their professionalism and friendly assistance, and special kudos to Lorenzo and the rest of the packing, loading, and unloading teams, who busted their posteriors getting our household moved. So far we've found only one glass and two light bulbs that didn't survive the journey, but everything else we've unpacked has been fine. We heartily recommend this company and these people to anyone looking to move.
We were amazed at how well our move went. The Simonik representative Rob was very professional evaluating our move and the movers themselves were excellent. The main guy named Guy was just great and the whole team hustled and worked so hard as we have a lot of stuff. Even when it seemed impossible to get big pieces in or out Guy did not give up and got it all done. They did not even nick one wall. Our price stayed the price and not one thing was broken during the move. You can't go wrong with this company. They know what they are doing.
Had a pleasant overall moving experience with Simonik Moving. They were able to accommodate me at short notice as my closing date for the home I was selling kept getting pushed back. They quoted me a reasonable price and the moving crew moved my things quickly and carefully, not one thing broke!
I used Simonik to move in September 2017. From the moment one of the movers walked in the door and happily said, "It's moving day!" I knew they were going to do a great job. Our driver was Sean K, and our crew was Ish, Gordon, and Carlos. They arrived exactly at the time we asked them to and were upbeat, positive, and extremely respectful of us and our things. If there was anything they weren't sure about they politely asked and continuously said thank you when I gave them directions. They were not afraid to tackle any big furniture pieces and actually said at one point, "All right let's do this!" which made me feel at ease that they had such positive attitudes and knew what they were doing. They hustled all day long and kept working right until they were completely finished. Once we got to the new house, I told them that we had the carpets cleaned and they immediately put down a red carpet on the floors and plastic on the carpet quickly and efficiently. They put together all the furniture they had taken apart and asked a few times before they left "Is there anything else you need us to do before we leave?" I can't thank them enough for their hard work and how respectful and energetic they were. They truly made moving day as stress free as possible and we kept saying it was the best money we ever spent. Also, Matthew was a pleasure to work with and was spot on with his estimate so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
